Details: This first rate insurance litigation firm is looking to recruit an additional costs draftsperson to join the expanding costs team. You need to have defendant pre-litigation and litigation costs experience.
The role includes running your own allocated files, meeting with claimants solicitors to negotiate/discuss costs,dealing with Part 8 proceedings, preparing points of dispute to claimants bills, attending detailed assessment hearings, preparing bills of costs and replying to points of dispute, together with consideration of all aspects of costs and advising on fees generally. You will also be expected to actively manage and develop customer relationships.
