Details: This multi branch Manchester firm is looking to recruit a family lawyer to its main North Manchester office.
At the moment, there is a solid base of family clients and family work, and there are lawyers in the office who handle the family work as part of their caseload but there is not as yet a cohesive family department.
The firm is looking to recruit an able family lawyer to handle the full mix of divorce, separation, Children Act matters, ancillary relief etc, and to build up the department. You do not need a client following but you need to be bright and capable, and keen to get involved in marketing and business development from an early stage.
All the work is private, the firm does not handle any publicly funded work in any discipline.
Ideally you will also be on the Family Panel but this is not essential to be considered for the role.
