Details: This friendly and well run city centre practice has a predominantly property and personal injury profile, but dealing with a broad spectrum of clients.
Having hitherto dealt with employment matters, it is now looking to develop a full employment law capability with the recruitment of a key individual or small team.
There is plenty of opportunity for cross-fertilisation of existing clients but the successful applicant will need to bring at least a pertial following to help get the development of the department off the ground.
For very strong candidates, immediate salaried partnership could be on offer, with a reasonable prospect of equity within a couple of years. Whilst quite small, this is a profitable and well run firm, where equity is worth having.
Candidates with applicant, respondent or ideally, a mix of the two, will all be considered on their merits.
