A new 4 partner legal disciplinary practice is poised to launch in the Manchester area and seeks its 4th partner.
Key requirements are an RTA and/or EL/PL specialism, some experience of managing a team, good commercial nous and the ability to develop & retain clients. You will need to make a very modest cash injection, and be in a position to provide a reasonably significant but not off-putting personal guarantee.
No following is required although some good contacts never hurt and help to demonstrate commercial acumen.
There is a strong, conservative business plan which has led to excellent funding arrangements at good rates, a rare thing indeed in the current lending climate.

- No historical debts and political issues that you might inherit from an existing firm
- No struggling departments to support, where the equity partners running them still want their slice of the cake
- Guaranteed monthly drawings and a conservative business model which leads to attractive profit sharing arrangements
