- If we do not have any candidates that we are confident are suitable for serious consideration, we will not send any. We do not want to waste your time.
- We will never release our candidates' details to you without their clear prior authority. We encourage all candidates to instruct only one recruiter, whether or not that is us, to avoid duplication of applications.
- We will never knowingly misrepresent a candidate's skills or experience.
- We will provide you with practical and commercial advice, as required and at any stage of the recruitment process, to help you to secure the right candidate.

- When undertaking an advertising assignment on your behalf, we will pass on our discount on the rate card to you in its entirety. In the event of a successful placement, we will subtract the cost of the advertising from the final fee.
- We will at all times conduct our business ethically and with integrity.
